Job Summary

Perform inventory accuracy and documentation tasks across aviation warehouses at the Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico site. Coordinate with Production Control, Production Planning, Cost Accounting, Engineering, and Information Systems to maintain alignment across systems, minimize SAP inventory errors, complete audits and cycle counts, and prepare/organize kits and materials for operators. Verify assemblies, returns, work orders, BOM-based deliveries, and investigate/correct inventory discrepancies while following quality and EH&S requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain inventory documentation and backup files, monitor inventory activity, and keep inventory information aligned across systems to support accurate payments and adjustments.
•Coordinate inventory and Cost Accounting requirements and schedule; perform audits, inventory-related activities, and cycle counts to maintain accurate balances.
•Verify production assemblies/returns, manufacturing work orders, and investigate/correct inventory errors; verify inventory availability for operations.
•Receive kit orders, verify SAP material availability, ensure materials are issued correctly, and prepare/dispatch/label/organize kits and deliver boards/materials to production areas.
•Support Engineering with time-reduction projects; understand Inventory Control Clerk duties and train new employees; follow quality, safety, and EH&S requirements.

Key Requirements

•HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
•Demonstrated experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
•U.S. citizenship is required (only U.S. citizens are authorized under this program/contract).
•Ability to accurately see, read, and interpret information on screens and materials for extended periods, including passing a post-offer vision examination.
•Complete required EH&S trainings and follow safety and company policies.
