Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage assembly structure design, including contract tailor-made design and technical guidance for related work.
  • •Lead critical/major projects and arrange reasonable staffing for structure design engineers based on contract needs.
  • •Ensure timely production design, checks, audits, and provide technical services to resolve questions during the production process.
  • •Standardize drawing and document usage, manage user data, drawing sorting and filing, and implement audit design drawing/document change procedures.
  • •Identify EHS risks at the engineering stage, organize team risk resolution, and report out-of-scope product structure changes for higher review; other tasks assigned by the department manager.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or above with a major in electromechanical.
  • •5+ years of experience in assembly product structure design; experience with LV or MV products is preferred.
  • •Strong leadership ability and experience leading/arranging structural design engineers.
  • •Familiarity with relevant GB or IEC standards and the ability to undertake design work independently.
  • •Strong technical analysis, team management, and communication/coordination skills to solve problems and improve quality.
