Key Responsibilities

•Supervise Survey Crew (1-2 staff crews)
•Keep accurate, organized and complete field notes
•Communicate with office staff on daily basis
•Operate and maintain robotic instrument, total stations, data collector, GPS (fast static, RTK and VRS), digital levels
•Use and obtain historical data from property/utility records, deeds, land/property titles, structural plans, and other matrices for land surveying activities

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent
•5+ years of relevant post-education surveying experience (easements, rights of way, plats, topographic, boundary, GPS surveys)
•Excellent communication, field note taking, math skills; ability to work as a one-person crew
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be physically mobile on construction sites
•Experience with public and private sector work (state/city/county utilities, private land development)
