Product Associate, Operations & Testing

Own operational governance for payment network releases and production change processes across merchant services platforms and client applications. Coordinate release planning and testing schedules with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and third-party processors, and manage pricing/interchange change validation through UAT and regression testing. Maintain GRC documentation and ensure audit-ready evidence, supporting compliance with PCI standards and card network operating rules. Also lead production readiness, rollback/contingency planning, and operational metrics.
