•Define the vision and direction for observability across metrics, logs, traces, and telemetry pipelines using OpenTelemetry and supporting tooling.
•Partner forward with engineering, SRE, and platform teams to deliver tailored observability implementations in production.
•Drive a shift from reactive monitoring to proactive, intelligence-driven observability by embedding observability into the software development lifecycle.
•Manage enterprise infrastructure projects and programs aligned with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
•Troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide technical guidance and training to infrastructure teams, and ensure governance and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

•Design, build, and implement enterprise infrastructure technology platforms and systems across multiple infrastructure domains.
•Develop and apply automation, monitoring, and optimization techniques to ensure high availability and performance.
