Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the TAM function’s health, direction, and performance across the full coverage book, including named accounts and partner-mapped accounts.
  • •Hire, coach, and grow the TAM team (onboarding, 1:1s, development plans, and feedback on account plans, QBRs, and escalations).
  • •Build and maintain repeatable playbooks for upgrades, optimization, and escalation patterns to ensure consistent technical quality.
  • •Run the coverage model: decide and refresh account assignments, close coverage gaps, and approve leadership-discretion assignments and exceptions.
  • •Provide oversight and escalation for strategic or high-risk accounts, coordinating across support, engineering, and success and ensuring root-cause and preventative actions close out.
