Join the Corporate Actions team to validate, assess risk, and process corporate-action events announced by issuers in the Americas. You’ll analyze and reconcile books and records with clearinghouses and banks, collect and review client instructions, and coordinate with internal/external counterparties to ensure accurate post-distribution reconciliation. The role also supports evolving corporate action systems, including enhancements and testing, while leveraging strong analytical skills and clear communication.
