Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support the Production & Repair team to deliver high-quality products and services during the weekend shift.
  • •Partner with the Activity Manager to coordinate workloads, support delivery plans, and maintain workflow between assembly, test, inspection, and repair activities.
  • •Champion HS&E awareness and ensure PPE availability and usage, while promoting compliance with quality and governance processes (route cards, timesheets, non-conformance reporting).
  • •Run daily SIM meetings and contribute to performance reviews, operational metrics collection/analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Maintain workplace organization using 5S, execute TPM activities, support load/capacity planning, and contribute to estimating for new builds and repairs.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment and minimum 3 years’ relevant industry experience.
  • •Experience leading by example in a fast-paced manufacturing setting and supporting others while coordinating team priorities.
  • •Strong understanding of MRP and PDM system principles and broad knowledge of manufacturing methods, processes, and best practices.
  • •Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business systems, with good numeracy and literacy.
  • •Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality, with a proactive, adaptable mindset focused on continuous improvement.
