  • •Supervise employees involved in production and/or operations functions supporting manufacturing of capital equipment, systems, and components.
  • •Prioritize production schedules and conduct milestone meetings; support tracking of organization performance metrics.
  • •Ensure cycle-time performance and other operational metrics are met or improved; analyze operations issues impacting customer satisfaction and initiate corrective action.
  • •Oversee employee accident prevention and ensure department training and EHS compliance for all employees, including temporaries.
  • •Manage performance management and employee development plans; implement capacity optimization processes and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality improvements.
