Job Summary

Supervise production and operational functions for manufacturing capital equipment and systems, driving cycle-time and quality performance. Prioritize schedules based on manpower, capacity, equipment efficiency, and materials needs, and lead milestone and performance-metrics tracking. Act as an interface for customer/vendor requirements and corrective actions, ensure EHS training and compliance, and coach teams through performance management and continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Safety, and Quality.

•Supervise employees involved in production and/or operations functions supporting manufacturing of capital equipment, systems, and components.
•Prioritize production schedules and conduct milestone meetings; support tracking of organization performance metrics.
•Ensure cycle-time performance and other operational metrics are met or improved; analyze operations issues impacting customer satisfaction and initiate corrective action.
•Oversee employee accident prevention and ensure department training and EHS compliance for all employees, including temporaries.
•Manage performance management and employee development plans; implement capacity optimization processes and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality improvements.

Salary: USD 68,000 - 93,500

•Supervisory responsibilities with experience leading employees in production/operations functions (assembly, inspection, test, or final test).
•Ability to prioritize production schedules based on manpower availability, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements.
•Demonstrated understanding of procedures and concepts within operations/manufacturing and related job families.
•Experience using judgment to identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems.
•Knowledge of safety policies and the ability to ensure employees receive and follow required EHS training and compliance.
