Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
•Train on industry-leading smart home products to become an expert.
•Manage inventory and assets and conduct routine maintenance of company products and equipment.
•Explain system capabilities and provide operational instructions to customers.
•Leverage appointments to generate leads and revenue through additional products and services.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•A valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation.
•Ability to successfully pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
•Must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
•Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (major plus).
•Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders (up to 14 feet) to work in confined spaces like attics.
