Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with operations, maintenance, and subject matter experts to solve problems and optimize performance.
  • •Apply and continuously improve Most Effective Technology (MET), process automation, and operating discipline to drive safe, efficient, reliable operations.
  • •Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause investigations for asset utilization losses, equipment failures, and unplanned events, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Maintain field presence and provide technical guidance during development, review, and reinforcement of critical operating procedures and precautions.
  • •Monitor daily process data, alarm history, and key process indicators to improve plant performance, yield, operating rates, and waste reduction.
