Engineer-Facade

Coordinate and monitor façade engineering activities across assigned development projects, ensuring façade procurement, fabrication, installation, and quality work comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, regulations, and schedules. Track progress, identify schedule risks, and resolve technical/construction issues with contractors, consultants, and internal teams. Review façade shop drawings, submittals, mock-ups, and method statements; conduct site inspections and coordinate QA/QC approvals to support successful high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use delivery.
