Customer Engineer, Agent Builder - German Speaking

Own end-to-end architecture and execution of AI agent builds for enterprise customers, from systems scoping through implementation, evaluation, and production deployment. Design agent logic, engineer guardrails and supervisory controls, and build reliable integrations with customer systems (e.g., CRMs, ticketing, and data pipelines). Partner with Agent PMs, Engineering, and GTM to define success criteria, deliver against timelines, and drive platform improvements based on real customer needs.
