Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of architectural designs from concept and schematic design through detailed construction drawings.
  • •Prepare and present design proposals, specifications, and reports to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • •Create detailed 2D and 3D models and construction documents using industry-standard software.
  • •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, urban planners, interior designers, and construction managers.
  • •Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards; conduct site visits and manage timelines, resources, and budgets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
  • •Proven professional experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • •Professional licensure or registration with a relevant architectural body is highly desirable.
  • •Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and Saudi Arabian building regulations.
