Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily supervision and coaching to ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and environmental programs.
  • •Lead plant outage planning by coordinating development of work scope packages and outage work order plan packages, including labor, materials, equipment, Lockout-Tagout, technical support, and Quality Assurance requirements.
  • •Oversee outage resource and performance strategies, including labor/material/equipment allocation, work interference planning, performance reporting, communications, and plan revisions.
  • •Serve as a member of plant leadership and represent the plant as Outage Authority and process subject matter expert for corporate activities.
  • •Oversee contractors and vendors for outage work, manage outage work order lists, ensure regulatory compliance and quality control programs for outage execution, and support continuous improvement and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years of power plant operations or maintenance experience, or a Baccalaureate degree in an Engineering, Business, or related discipline plus 7 years of equivalent experience.
  • •7+ years of equivalent related field experience.
  • •Experience leading and supervising employees in a related field.
  • •Preferred experience in a coal fired plant.
  • •Knowledge of Combined Cycle Power Plant operations and of quality processes and formal programs.
