Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience.
  • •Identify cosmetic imperfections and/or repairs pre-reconditioning and post-paint process.
  • •Be able to perform additional prep tasks such as prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles as needed.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
