Key Responsibilities

  • •Prep vehicles for cosmetic paintwork, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers/Reconditioning Centers
  • •Complete paint-prep work to help deliver great vehicles when expected
  • •Participate in mandatory overtime when required by business needs
  • •Complete entry-level training programs to progress skills and pay

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience
  • •Prep vehicles for paint, including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, unbagging/tear down, and buffing
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and operate vehicle equipment and tools
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (MVR check may apply)
  • •Must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment and use safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, mask)
