Operations Manager - The Shops at Clearfork

Lead store operations for ALO’s Shops at Clearfork location, partnering with the General Manager and Store Manager to keep the store customer-ready. Own inventory accuracy, sell-through support, labor planning, scheduling, and operational standards using business performance data. Represent the business in meetings, manage relevant budget/reporting metrics, and coach an Operations team through accountability and talent development—while maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting store environment.
