Premier Relationship Clerk/Officer 卓越理財客戶服務專員/副理 (光復分行)

Provide high-quality professional service in retail banking branches, partnering with the Branch Customer Services Manager and Sales Floor Manager to meet customer service standards and KPIs. Support Premier clients by acting as backup to partnered PRM, handling transaction/documentation tasks, opening accounts, and assisting with mortgage processing and operational duties. Identify service and business potentials, refer opportunities to PRM and other business lines, and help build and retain Premier customer relationships.
