Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily AP and employee expense processing to meet or exceed SLA requirements for accuracy and processing speed.
•Assist in executing, reviewing, and optimizing weekly and ad hoc global corporate payment runs with strict controls and multi-currency accuracy.
•Support investigations and resolution of complex supplier escalations, payment failures, and vendor inquiries.
•Assist the global finance team with month-end and quarter-end close tasks including subledger reconciliations and accrual reporting.
•Drive finance modernization through project initiatives such as Oracle Fusion enhancements, AI-driven automation, ERP integrations, and workflow improvements.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of progressive corporate Accounts Payable experience and global payment execution in an international or high-growth technology environment.
•Direct, hands-on proficiency using Oracle Fusion for enterprise accounts payable workflows, payment processing, and transaction management.
•Proven experience assisting with or leading process improvement projects, financial system integrations, or AI-driven automation initiatives.
•Demonstrated ability to act as an operational anchor for high-volume AP exceptions, supporting vendor escalations and maintaining SLA standards.
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
