Key Responsibilities

  • •Own real estate and facilities strategy, including capacity planning, site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and long-term capital needs.
  • •Set workplace design vision and standards for new offices and major renovations, and lead delivery with cross-functional partners and external specialists.
  • •Lead and develop Facilities and Workplace Experience functions, establishing decision authority and escalation paths as the team grows.
