Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement high-quality solutions (applications, reports) using enterprise tooling under minimum supervision.
  • •Deliver business intelligence solutions to internal customers and develop BI applications optimized for performance and scalability.
  • •Create functional and technical requirements for application design, components, and prototypes, and collect/process requirements from partner teams.
  • •Act as SME for solutions, establish best practices, and provide documented user guides and end-user training.
  • •Collaborate with IT and DSI teams to improve performance, fine-tune configurations, use monitoring tools to debug issues, and support CI/CD deployments and production troubleshooting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required.
  • •Strong programming skills in SAS, R, or Python.
  • •Hands-on experience with FICO DMS, Power BI, RStudio Team, or SAS is highly desired.
  • •Knowledge of GEICO data sources, including relational databases (Netezza, SQL Server DB, EDWC), big data platform, and claim databases.
  • •Basic understanding of IT fundamentals such as Active Directory and Cybersecurity, plus basic knowledge of Linux is required.
