Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply ITIL/COBIT-aligned knowledge to identify improvement areas, support scoped IT projects, and ensure compliance with local and global regulations.
  • •Monitor performance measures for IT processes and services, update or change measures as needed, and support related teams.
  • •Assess governance and control compliance by reviewing IT processes, conducting compliance checks against Allianz policies and regulatory requirements, and contributing to process optimization.
  • •Serve as the accountable IT contact during internal and external audits; coordinate audit/control activities and support annual audit planning and follow-up.
  • •Complete assigned audit/control/review/consultancy tasks within timelines, assess audit risks, evaluate remediation actions, and report to relevant stakeholders and senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, or an equivalent related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technologies audit/control, Information Systems audit/control, or related IT disciplines.
  • •Knowledge of IT processes, IT audit, risk management, information security, governance, and control standards.
  • •Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27001 (or similar frameworks), including familiarity with related trainings/certifications.
  • •Ability to review and document IT policies, procedures, and control activities, with familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira.
