Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day relationships with current technology and consulting partners and identify expansion opportunities (new use cases, stakeholders, co-sell motions).
  • •Represent the company in partner-facing forums and joint planning sessions.
  • •Map, prioritise, and open up a partner landscape across hyperscalers, core banking/financial infrastructure providers, consultancies and systems integrators, boutique advisory firms, and BPOs.
  • •Carry relationships from cold outreach to structured partnerships (referral, co-sell, technical integration, or reseller), negotiating and structuring terms with legal, sales, and leadership.
  • •Build the function by setting up tracking and reporting for partnership impact, creating repeatable playbooks by partner type, and planning future team hiring.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record building or significantly growing a partnerships function, ideally in B2B SaaS selling into financial services or another regulated industry.
  • •Ability to manage hyperscaler alliances and develop relationships with boutique advisory firms, including starting relationships from scratch.
  • •Commercial judgment to structure partnership agreements, negotiate terms, and assess when partnerships are worth pursuing.
  • •First-hire mindset: comfortable with ambiguity and building processes where none exist.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication to represent the company externally to senior stakeholders at large organisations.
