Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse juridique et contractuelle des dossiers d’appels d’offres internationaux et PPP
  • •Contribuer au développement de projets internationaux de grande envergure et gestion des aspects de financement de projet
  • •Appuyer les opérationnels dans les réponses aux appels d’offres et travailler en mode projet
  • •Conseiller et assister le top management, les opérationnels et les fonctions support
  • •Rédiger et négocier les contrats liés à l’activité du Groupe et au développement des projets (accords de partenariat, pactes d’actionnaires, sous‑traitance, financement, etc.)

Key Requirements

  • •Master 2 en Droit Public des Affaires ou Droit Privé; experience en appels d’offres internationaux et PPP
  • •CAPA et/ou LLM et/ou double formation école de commerce serait un plus
  • •Expérience en cabinet d’avocats et/ou dans un Groupe industriel avec activités internationales
  • •Excellente organisation, rigueur, autonomie et sens business
  • •Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais; expérience internationale souhaitable; bonne synthèse et communication écrite/orale
