Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform aircraft transit inspections and identify maintenance discrepancies.
  • •Troubleshoot and diagnose aircraft mechanical and electrical systems, including operational checks after component replacements.
  • •Interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to support maintenance work.
  • •Complete maintenance documentation accurately in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
  • •Provide technical leadership: assign and prioritize daily tasks, mentor junior technicians, review time records, and serve as the primary troubleshooting resource.

Key Requirements

  • •FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License required.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience preferred.
  • •Previous lead, crew lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be able to obtain airport security badging (TSA fingerprint-based check) and pass pre-employment drug testing.
