Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and integrate complex prototype electrical and mechanical assemblies according to engineering drawings, CAD models, and evolving requirements.
  • •Execute prototype builds from incoming inspection through final validation, ensuring product quality, traceability, and configuration control.
  • •Perform low-voltage electrical integration, PCB handling, subsystem installation, functional verification, and prototype rework.
  • •Diagnose assembly/integration issues, conduct root cause analysis, and partner with cross-functional engineering teams on corrective actions and design improvements.
  • •Use Jira to manage prototype build activities, document progress and deviations, and maintain complete product traceability.
