Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage engineers across frontend, backend, and full-stack development.
  • •Own engineering delivery for major product areas, shipping quickly while maintaining reliability and technical quality.
  • •Partner with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI teams to turn ambiguous problems into clear technical execution.
  • •Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions across APIs, databases, integrations, infrastructure, and customer-facing systems.
  • •Set engineering standards (code quality, system design, testing, observability, security, production reliability) and own production outcomes including monitoring, incident resolution, and root-cause prevention.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building and shipping real production systems with a strong software engineering background.
  • •Experience leading or managing software engineers and owning engineering delivery.
  • •Strong technical depth across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, distributed systems, or cloud infrastructure.
  • •Ability to make sound architecture and technical trade-offs balancing speed, scalability, and maintainability.
  • •Strong people leadership skills, including coaching engineers, managing performance, and building high-performing teams.
