Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain daily inventory appearance and security while keeping vehicle zones and parking areas organized.
  • •Document incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes.
  • •Receive, prepare, and process vehicles (including pairing locators, capturing photos, and securing keys).
  • •Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation to ensure accurate, real-time visibility of site inventory.
  • •Follow EH&S requirements, support auction preparation and coordination, and reinforce safety/operational standards during new associate training.
