Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and implement SHEQ management systems and related processes for the accountable area/organization.
  • •Perform field presence through workplace inspections and task observations; facilitate hazard and risk assessments.
  • •Identify critical safety and health risks and recommend mitigation measures to control or eliminate risks.
  • •Report hazards, accidents, incidents, near misses, and non-conformances; conduct accident/incident investigations and implement immediate actions.
  • •Coordinate HSE meetings, inspections, audits, and interactions; report SHE weekly and monthly KPIs and review reports for progress and data quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in OSH or a trade-qualified Mechanical or Engineering background.
  • •Minimum 2 years of work experience in safety.
  • •Knowledge of Mongolian HSE legal requirements.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • •Sound report writing skills and good English (writing and speaking).
