Duty Supervisor - ZRH

Plan, direct, and supervise airport operations at station level to ensure safety, security, regulatory compliance, customer service, quality, and on-time performance. Oversee passenger and aircraft handling against checklists and requirements, manage shift-based risk decisions and incident reporting, coordinate disruption recovery with internal control teams, and deliver emergency response and business continuity readiness. Also support ancillary sales promotion and customer service standards monitoring.
