Cost Manager:Rail projects

Own cost management for rail projects by developing cost-control processes, maintaining project budgets, and forecasting expenditure and variances. Lead end-to-end procurement activities including prequalification, tendering, evaluation, supplier selection, and contract preparation. Produce detailed cost reports and recommend improvements to enhance financial efficiency and value for money. Collaborate with project teams across estimating, scheduling, scope/benefits, and systems implementation, while identifying cost risks and supporting junior team members.
