Credit Loan Collection Manager - Global Payment - Indonesia

Manage ByteDance’s Global Payment collections team to improve recovery rates and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Develop and execute collection strategies, monitor performance and quality, and adjust tactics based on real outcomes. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal requirements, including training and inspections. Coordinate procurement and performance management of collection agencies, and use collection data to produce reporting for continuous strategy improvement.
