Work with internal teams, importers, suppliers, carriers, and customers to plan and execute transportation, shipping documentation, customs processes, and freight audits. Track KPIs and service levels, identify and escalate risks, support continuous improvement, and use TMS, Excel, and Power BI to drive daily operational decision-making.
