Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare supplies and PPE each day and use modern technology to access your schedule and travel to patients’ homes.
  • •Build warm, patient-centric connections while collecting relevant information and performing preventative/diagnostic services.
  • •Provide diagnostic and low-acuity care including phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs, and related services.
  • •Ensure samples are properly labeled and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.
  • •Operate autonomously with a focus on exceptional quality and strong communication in both written and verbal formats.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and ability to perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services in patients’ homes.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training; national certification where state licensure is not required.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, plus required course/program completion based on licensure level.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance; pass national background check and DMV check.
  • •Proof of vaccination/immunity (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB test within past year, annual influenza or exemption, and TDaP within past 10 years).
