Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in criminal justice, business administration, security management, or a related field
  • •12+ years overall in security, law enforcement, military, or a multinational corporation, with demonstrated progression into leadership
  • •5+ years leading and developing teams, including direct management of security managers or supervisors
  • •5+ years building and leading large-scale event security programs for global organizations, including events of 5,000+ attendees
  • •Experience with extensive budgets, large-scale vendor ecosystems, and security technologies such as video management and access control systems
