Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, simulate, and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems.
  • •Derive subsystem and circuit specifications for the RFIC.
  • •Develop RF/analog/mixed-signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe, GaAs, GaN, or CMOS processes.
  • •Perform IC floor planning and layout, and model package and external parasitic components.
  • •Own packaging prototypes through release to production, including evaluation and characterization and support for automated test and manufacturing qualification.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science.
  • •8+ years of professional RF integrated circuit experience.
  • •Experience designing RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and simulating linear and non-linear circuits.
