Branch Leader - Greenville Avenue

Lead all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, people leadership, and hands-on business development. Grow revenue by expanding Small Business and Mass Affluent relationships through client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics. Manage human capital decisions including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling, while partnering with IRM and operations teams to build a One Team culture.
