Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop automation code in Java or TypeScript to build test frameworks and automate testing infrastructures.
  • •Oversee release-change scope and own E2E testing responsibility.
  • •Create testing frameworks using agile methodologies.
  • •Collaborate with QA, engineering, and product teams to support Akamai’s core platform capabilities.
  • •Contribute innovations to the community and to AI innovation advancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing code in TypeScript, Java, or Python.
  • •Experience with automation testing and Playwright or Cypress.
  • •Experience with Web API testing and familiarity with TestNG and/or JUnit frameworks.
  • •Knowledge of internet fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTML, and SSL protocols.
