Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a named portfolio of Lovable’s technical partnerships end to end, from sourcing and onboarding through renewal and applicable GTM motions.
  • •Negotiate partnership scope and commercial terms in close partnership with legal, finance, and product.
  • •Run partner management operating rhythms, including business reviews, executive touchpoints, and escalation management.
  • •Where applicable, define joint GTM motions with partners (e.g., co-marketing and integration announcements) alongside Lovable’s GTM/marketing team.
  • •Provide partner feedback to product and engineering, surfacing blockers and opportunities that influence Lovable’s roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in product partnerships, platform partnerships, or business development in software, technology, developer tools, or adjacent roles.
  • •Structured and closed complex technical and commercial agreements, working cross-functionally across PM, engineering, legal, and finance.
  • •Technically credible: able to understand and articulate technology and work effectively with engineering partners.
  • •Comfortable managing stakeholders from working-level partner managers to C-level executives while collaborating internally (especially with PM).
  • •Data-driven approach: define metrics, track performance, and use results to prioritize and evaluate partnership success.
