Provide an industry-leading client experience in person and by phone, building and expanding relationships through consultative conversations and referrals. Meet or exceed client service and individual/branch sales targets by recommending deposit, credit, convenience, and other products. Cross-train to support teller duties as needed, advise on consumer lending options, and maintain compliance with internal controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
