Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead provision of legal advice to the business on corporate, commercial, governance, and strategic matters.
  • •Provide strategic and day-to-day legal support across corporate, commercial, governance, and regulatory matters.
  • •Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements, corporate transactions, MOUs, and business contracts.
  • •Advise on corporate structures, governance arrangements, delegated authorities, and broader corporate activities.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks; manage IP portfolio matters and coordinate with external counsel; guide and mentor junior legal professionals.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or another recognized common law jurisdiction) with a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • •Proven experience providing broad corporate and commercial legal support in a large organization or leading law firm, including day-to-day commercial contracting and corporate advisory work.
  • •Strong understanding of UAE legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • •Demonstrated expertise drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, corporate documents, governance frameworks, and business contracts.
  • •Experience advising senior leadership and executive stakeholders on legal, governance, risk, and commercial matters.
