Job Summary

Responsible for scaling ElevenLabs’ voice AI solutions for enterprise customers, working with sales to tailor technical demonstrations, architect integrations, and create self-service tools and enablement resources to drive adoption across ANZ.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
•Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospects to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
•Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product’s value proposition.
•Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team’s effectiveness and technical fluency.
•Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently.
