Key Responsibilities

•Pilot the digital development team composed of multiple software components, compute engines and digital integration and verification platforms.
•Responsible for the digital development plan, dashboard of activity, milestone tracking, deliverable quality, risk/opportunity management, and reporting to the steering committee.
•Collaborate closely with the radar development lead who oversees system engineering (IS) and IVVQ activities, ensuring integrated delivery.
•Streamline interactions between disciplines (IS, digital, IVVQ) with milestone‑driven deliverables flow.
•Manage the workload plan for the digital development team and ensure cohesive actions across the full development team.

Key Requirements

•You hold an engineering degree (Bac+5)
•You have demonstrated success in project leadership for real‑time software
•You have an aptitude for lean engineering
•You possess leadership qualities to drive projects to completion
•You can manage deliverables, milestones, risks and reporting to a steering committee
