Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with business and Subject Matter Experts to write, refine, accept, and prioritize user stories/features that support effective and compliant solutions.
  • •Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog (with acceptance criteria) and review/accept development output against specified criteria.
  • •Serve as the business representative to delivery teams, representing customers throughout the product delivery cycle.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (UX partners, designers, business analysts, developers, testers) to execute and release aligned with program and product roadmaps.
  • •Partner with sponsors, stakeholders, and IT to define and document business processes, manage risks and controls, and provide tactics/metrics for benefits, adoption, and risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •6+ years of experience in process improvement, project delivery, business/requirements analysis, or related business operations/product line work.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, applicable databases, and product management tools.
  • •Advanced knowledge of software delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe) and ability to break down features into user stories.
  • •Proficiency using Jira for backlog management, feature/story creation, and workflow tracking; experience gathering business requirements and developing business capabilities through user story acceptance.
