Personal Banker Associate I - Coconut Creek DeNovo

Serve customers in a Financial Center role by using a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to identify and meet personal and small-business financial needs. Maintain product knowledge across retail offerings, proactively reach out using approved marketing tools, and drive cross-selling and revenue growth through appointments, outside sales activities, and referrals to business partners. Also process teller transactions, support sales/referral processes for CSRs, and ensure risk, confidentiality, ethics, and customer experience standards are met.
