Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide reactive and preventive maintenance support with emphasis on troubleshooting and programming PLCs, robotics, and HMI systems.
  • •Supervise maintenance activities and the maintenance warehouse of spare parts, tools, and consumables, including procurement for goods and services.
  • •Work with external suppliers on services, repairs, and preventive maintenance plan implementation, including machinery condition and calibration processes.
  • •Manage technical documentation for factory machinery and installations and participate in procedures creation within the Integrated Management System (ISO) in the Maintenance and Control department.
  • •Participate in introducing new manufacturing processes, focusing on machinery safety and compliance, and prepare feasibility studies for new automation solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Electrical/Mechanical/Control Engineering graduate with experience working with industrial machinery and PLCs such as Siemens S7-200/S7-300/S7-400/S7-1500 or Omron/Mitsubishi controllers.
  • •Hands-on diagnostics of industrial networks (e.g., Profibus/Profinet/AS-Interface/Interbus/DeviceNet).
  • •Ability to read and create technical documentation for control, electrical, and mechanical systems using CAD software, including safety and legal documentation aspects (advantage).
  • •Knowledge of legal requirements for machinery safety and documentation requirements.
  • •Good communication skills in Polish and English and ability to work shifts according to an agreed pattern.
