Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale foundational developer platforms that serve as the backbone for our engineering organization.
  • •Define and execute a clear product strategy for Observability, BCDR & Incident Management areas within our internal developer engineering team.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, developer-facing products in an agile environment.
  • •Deeply understand the entire developer workflow—from coding and testing to deployment and operations—and identify opportunities to remove friction.
  • •Own and prioritize the product roadmap for a suite of platform services, such as metrics, logging, alerting, on-call/incident tooling, and BCDR orchestration.

Key Requirements
