Job Summary

Build and grow long-term, profitable middle-market banking relationships in an assigned region by delivering a full suite of lending, deposit, and fee-based solutions. Develop and execute marketing plans to win and expand clients, contribute to credit decisioning and underwriting, and proactively apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Support clients with corporate finance and Capital Markets/Treasury expertise while meeting risk, operational, policy, and quality expectations for the portfolio.

•Leverage Truist sales processes, Financial Insights, Industry & Advisory, and the Leadership Institute to deliver a differentiated client experience.
•Develop and execute marketing plans to win new relationships and expand existing ones to improve portfolio revenue growth and new production revenue.
•Contribute to credit decisioning, including analysis of financial statements, credit structuring, underwriting requirements, and risk identification/mitigation.
•Proactively engage clients using Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to identify business and personal financial needs and bring in appropriate partners.
•Champion non-credit financial services activity and execute risk, operational, policy, and quality expectations for the assigned client portfolio.
