  • •Plan the job including crew and equipment instructions and resolve disputes to approved levels
  • •Ensure customer satisfaction with work performed and direct the activities of service operators
  • •Coordinate clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job; perform necessary calculations
  • •Lead the site crew, evaluate performance, and train operators to improve job performance

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of experience as Service Operator-Cementing, II
  • •Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required
  • •Ability to plan and execute cementing jobs and coordinate crew and equipment
