•Lead the site crew, evaluate performance, and train operators to improve job performance

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of experience as Service Operator-Cementing, II
•Licensure to drive commercial equipment may be required
•Ability to plan and execute cementing jobs and coordinate crew and equipment
•Effective communication with others and adherence to HSE procedures
•Demonstrated willingness to train/operators and improve job performance
